Terms and Conditions:

* After the 14 day trial period, if you would like to continue using Aveti Online, please purchase one of the above subscriptions for continued use. A purchase of subscription made at that point will be deemed final and no refund will be issued if asked for later. In case of an annual subscription, the payment for the whole year will be made as a single payment, and unless the customer cancels the subscription, it will automatically renew the next year with a charge made to the credit card used. In case of a monthly subscription, the payments will be automatically charged on a monthly recurring basis unless the customer cancels the subscription.

* All the content that the user loads or otherwise creates in Aveti Online by the user is wholly owned by the user. This data will not be shared with any third party. The team at Aveti Online is committed to upholding data ethics.

* The team at Aveti Online takes data security as a matter of the highest priority. However, users should not put in Aveti Online information that is sensitive or critical to them or others. Aveti Online is not liable for damages due to any loss of any information or content in Aveti Online that may happen for any reason. 

  • How can I manage my billing?
    Please log into the Toot app. Click "Account Settings" on the top right corner and in the dropdown menu, choose the "Manage Account" option. In the "Manage Account" section, you will be able to view or edit your billing plan.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. If you want to cancel or otherwise change something in your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging into the Toot app, clicking "Account Settings" on the top right corner and then choosing the "Manage Account" option from among the options in the dropdown menu. Once you are in the "Manage Account" section, you have the option to cancel your subscription. Please note that all changes will apply on your next payment cycle. For example, if you are on a monthly plan, any change such as cancellation or otherwise will be applicable from the next month onwards. If you are on a yearly plan, the change, cancellation or otherwise, will be applicable from the next year onwards. In case of a cancellation, the cost of the subscription will, however, not be refunded.
  • Do you offer any discounted plans?
    Yes, our yearly plans are discounted by 18%. If you want to change plans, you can do so at any time by logging into the Toot app, clicking "Account Settings" on the top right corner and then choosing the "Manage Account" option from the dropdown menu. In the "Manage Account" section, you can make changes to your plan.
  • Can I pay monthly?
    Yes you can. However, if you choose an annual subscription, you get a discount ranging from about 23 - 50 %.
  • Is Aveti Online secure?
    We consider the security of our customer's data a matter of the highest priority. We have built our product in compliance with the strictest security protocols which include but are not restricted to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27018. We use the strongest cryptographic technology as well as the correct software mechanisms to protect all data. We also make sure that we do not collect any additional data that may compromise customer's privacy and we certainly do not share or otherwise let any other entity access any part of the data from our customers. We do frequent periodic audits to ensure data security and privacy.
  • Is there a mobile app for Aveti Online?
    Currently, you can work with Aveti Online on your mobile using the browser only. We are working on a mobile app, since it can give a much better experience on a cell phone and we expect that it will be ready shortly. When a mobile app becomes available, all our customers will be able to use it for no additional cost.
